FUEL PRICES

Worried about RISING corn prices?...well don't worry. Just buy a MULT-FUEL stove, furnace, boiler, or fireplace insert and SWITCH to another fuel such as WOOD PELLETS or big HARD RED WINTER WHEAT ... or switch grass, or any BIO-MASS fuel of-the-future. The latest prices are posted in bags of sizes 40lb, 50lb, or 55lb where a bushel of corn is 55lb bag. BLUE SEAL STOVE CORN is in 40lb bags. Whole corn at a farm feed dealer is usually bagged in 50 bags. Only elevator grain (corn) is bagged in 55lb bushel bags. WOOD PELLETS come in a smaller bag (40 lb), and they burn less-hot than corn or other bio-mass material.

NEW THERMOSTATIC CONTROL

Thermostat Control Option. This is a new feature never before offered. For those customers that wish to operate with this feature, we recommend they run fuel at 50/50 O. That fuel ratio is 50% Corn, 50%Wood Pellets, and Oyster Shell Mix. Past customer experience has indicated that this is the best fuel ratio to run for thermostat customers because when the thermostat shuts off and shuts the furnace down to the lowest auger speed 1 (one), premature furnace shut-off can be avoided. You want to shut down to the lowest speed, not shut the furnace completely off. Also a Remote Thermostat is available.

OVER 10,000 UNITS INSTALLED

CORN OR WOOD PELLETS FAR LESS COSTLY TO OPERATE

The demand for corn and wood pellets stoves have skyrocketed with Middle East Conflicts and Alaskan Pipeline Repair and gas fuel costs going up 25-50% this winter. The Farmer's Almanac is predicting a very COLD winter, and they're usually right.   The price of corn is not expected to increase this winter at $5.50 to 6.00 per bushel. The costs to operate a stove will be 1/8th to 1/10 natural gas, propane gas, and fuel oil..  $3.50 per Bushel will heat a 1500 square foot home one day or and average of $175.00 per month.  That beats a $600.00/month Natural Gas bill by a long shot!

There is a 3 YEAR WARRANTY on the heat exchanger, combustion chamber, frame, door, auger, agitator, and a 1 YEAR WARRANTY on electronics. Be carefull from whom you buy. We are a Dealer specializing in corn stoves and can help you through the installation process as well as any ongoing trouble shooting if necessary. Be carefull from whom you buy as others frequently can't do that. Always buy from a Dealer specializing in corn stoves.

FORCED-AIR CUSTOMERS: RECOMMENDATIONS

For customers with forced air heating, we have recommendations on how you can revise your existing ductwork to improve the performance of this standalone New Model. If you buy this New Model, then we would be most happy to explain to you what they are. However, if you have a large mobile or modular home, then we have another suggestion. We have ANOTHER corn furnace, different, which is designed to interface with a ducting system and it can be used to either replace or be an add-on to your existing furnace. It just arrived. It is more expensive but it is designed for that purpose. It is called THE FORCED-AIR DUCTOR and it can be found in our Ebay Store: Visit My eBay Store: Corn Pellet Stove Furnace Boiler. If you have the money and a big enough mobile home, then The Forced Air Ductor is the corn furnace to buy. It just arrived and I would grab it while it's here. Otherwise, the 2006 Mobile Home Model can be made to work.

OPERATING AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Included is our 26 page OWNER'S MANUAL (New Version B) with pictures that gives a wealth of information. The 2006 MANUFACTURER UPDATES are included. Beware: These are not provided by other dealers and/or individuals. In the Owner's Manual is a step by step instruction for installation for the vertical Exhaust Flue Vent (not provided) and startup.  A vertical Flue Exhaust Vent Kit can be purchased separately at your request and/o check our Ebay Store for some components shown. Vertical exhaust venting must be done through the roof of the Mobile Home. You are required to install a Fresh Air Intake Kit to not only avoid room air vacuum but also seal your combustion air passageway to control/reduce your air flow, and it's the law anyway with mobile homes. Those burning 100% corn are suggested to burn a sprinkling of crushed oyster shell in with hopper of corn. Corn should be as close to 12% dryness as possible and wetter corn can be compensated by burning with 25 to 50% wood pellets. It is easy to install, but you might want to hire a HVAC mechanical contractor to install it. It is easy to operate.
