Payment Options:

Order Processing: We ship orders Monday through Friday, in Portland CT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. After the initial package, each additional club ordered is only $3.00 extra. To benefit from Multiple Item Purcahses, simply wait until your last listing has been completed before you checkout. Note About Large Items: Large items (such as golf bags) will be excluded from Multiple Item Shipping. And since the box size is not conducive to golf clubs, we do not allow multiple items to be shipped in the same box with Large items. Continental US Shipping Rates: Single Club/GPS/Shoes shipments are $12.99 and shipped via USPS Priority Mail Iron Set shipments are $19.99 and shipped via UPS Ground Golf Bag shipments vary on weight between $20-$30 and shipped via UPS Ground. Glove/Headcover (or any other small weight item) shipments are $4.95 and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces Bases: US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method and is the same price as the continental rates for single item shipments Iron Sets/Bags shipments vary on weight between $30-$60 and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Due to the package dimensions for golf clubs, international shipments are expensive. You can always request to have a club shipped by a slower service to save a little extra money. Shipping Problems: If your package has arrived and it has been damaged please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping company used. You are covered under insurance for the full purchase price. In most cases we are able to offer a repair solution or an exchange. If this cannot be provided for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund. There are times where packages get delayed in transit. If this happens be sure to track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your email address linked with paypal. We use a 3 point check system of our SKU numbers but every now and then a club slips by that shouldn't get shipped. New Product Returns: We can not, under any circumstance accept merchandise sold as new to be returned in used condition. Your item will not be accepted for return even if it has been hit only once.
