Here we have a vintage lot of mixed china. The first is a saucer (no brand name) with golden trip, a floral design of white and pink flowers and the look of mother of pearl. I do not know the actual name for this type of silvery design. It measures 6 inches in diameter. No chips or cracks that I can see. Next is another saucer with a floral design of dark and light pink flowers with a gold leaf border. It has Made in Occupied Japan and measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter. No chips or cracks that I can see. There is a small gold marking near one of the green leaves that looks to be a slight defect in the making process. Next is a plate, measuring 6 inches in diameter with no chips or cracks that I can see. It has a wavy golden trim with mint green and pink flowers. The golden trim looks to be worn color is wearing off. On the back it reads "O.&E.G. Royal Austria" symbol. There are a couple tiny black specks on the front of the plate as well. Next is a lovely cup, Royal Albert Bone China England Friendship series of 12 Larkspur. This cup measures about 3 1/2 inches in diameter or 4 1/2 including the handle. It has a thin golden trim and gold and white handle; gold rim around bottom and has a red and blue floral design with green leafy ferns. No chips or cracks that I can see. Lastly, we have a Noritake spoon ladle that measures about 5 inches long and the spoon is about 1 3/4 in diameter. Inside the spoon is a design of an apple, pear, yellow daisy-like flower with green leaves. The trim has a blueish purple tone to it. On the back it reads "Noritake made in Japan and an "M" inside the leafy symbol. All these pieces look to be in good to very good condition and just might be the piece you are missing to complete your collection. Next we have two Victorian Figurines, made in Occupied Japan. These are two lovely Victorian figurines - both stamped "made in Occupied Japan" on the bottom. They both look to be in fine condition. Both are women dressing in blue colonial type outfits. One carrying a basket and the other carrying a folded up parasol. Near the bottom of one is a crack that appears to be part of the ceramic processing and not an actual crack from any damage. Nice pair for collectors. Lastly, we have a lovely hand-painted Nippon bowl. It measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and is about 2 1/4 inches from top to bottom including the round legs. It has a pink floral design with gold trim and gold streaks on each round leg. There are no chips or cracks that I can see. A very nice piece I think. US AND CANADIAN BIDDERS ONLY, PLEASE. WE ACCEPT PAY PAL. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Feel free to email me with any questions or if you would like additional pics. Thanks for stopping by and Happy Bidding! |
