It's a small trampoline style piece of gym equipment that is easy to set up, stands about 8 inches off of the ground, and has a hand bar, shown in the 3rd photo, and you can do great exercises on it, with light impact on your knees. It's very sturdy, and you can also use it without the bar, and just step on it. Very great workout, great for the legs and thighs. We used this 2 times are our demo when we got a shipment of these in, and then it was in our window. We have sold them all, people love them, and since we down sized our store, we have no more room to hold boxes of this type of equipment. Great gift, and great item. This weighs about 30+ pounds to ship, comes in a very large box. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on this, it has to go UPS ground, and no post office boxes.
