For 30 days from the date your purchase is delivered, we guarantee the quality and functionality of the products we sell. In the rare instance that your purchase arrives and does not work as it should, or does not match the description in the listing for the item you purchased, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly authorize your return for an exchange or refund. If we shipped you the wrong product or something that didn't work, we'll even pay for return shipping if your address is in the US. International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Note: product returns under this policy can be made only for non-working and/or incorrect items. Under this policy, e-ShopSave will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to customers with authorized returns. e-ShopSave will not reimburse customers for return shipping payments unless this is arranged and agreed upon in advance.
In order to keep our prices low, we reserve the right not to accept returns for other reasons, such as: "didn't read the details of the listing," "changed my mind," "no longer need it," "ordered the wrong thing." etc. If we do agree to accept a return for such a reason, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum) to help us cover the cost of shipping the product to you, as well as re-inspecting and re-listing it for sale. In all cases, returns must be received by us in the same condition in which they were delivered. To receive a full refund, returned products must not show signs of having been used or tampered with, and they must include all packaging, accessories, and components that were originally shipped to the customer. Upon receipt, we will inspect each returned item for contents and condition, and functionality. Immediately after completion of this Quality Control process, we will process a refund. e-ShopSave uses a tamper-proof Quality Control process, and we will inspect all returned merchandise to ensure that it is the same item that was shipped to our customer, and that the product was not tampered with or altered. Returned products that show signs of use, damage, tampering, or that are incomplete or incorrect will be subject to further restocking charges or may be denied a refund altogether.
