  • Features clean aerodynamic shape; fairing body is 36 1/2 wide and 17" tall ( excluding windshield and wind deflectors)
  • Inner fairing is black textured ABS
  • Memphis shades exclusive No-Tool Trigger-lock Mounting kits feature a detach system that allows you to quickly and easily remove or install the fairing
  • Trigger-Lock kit will come in the polished finish
  • Windshields are available in four height and seven translucent color options, as well as clear and solar (a light tint with 72% visible light transmission)
  • Please select the windsheild from the list below
  • 5" windshields are solid translucent while 7", 9" and 12" windshields are gradient translucent
  • Optional solid translucent color wind deflectors are available to extend the lower fairing surface for smooth downward airflow sold separately

Returns

Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept.  All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled.  Warranty does not cover any return shipping charges.

Please note that installed items will not be permited to be returned.

 
Shipping

Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States.  Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping.

Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day.  Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS.

If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock.

International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.  Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS.  Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.

International Customs fees and taxes are paid by the receiver and Eastern Performance will not be able to modify the listed value of the item to avoid these fees.  Please contact your local government for the cost of these fees.

Eastern Performance Customer Service must be contacted before items can be returned, RMA # will be given to customers at the time of call. All returns for refund must be in new uninstalled condition to receive credit and all items will be inspected upon arrival to Eastern Performance. A 20% restocking fee is applied to items purchased in error and credit is given. Returns for exchange on incorrectly purchased items will only recieve a return shipping fee. Returns due to defect will be covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty which does not cover return shipping to Eastern Performance Cycles. Please note that some manufacturers deal directly with the customers for warranty issues. Eastern Performance Cycles will put customers in contact with the manufacturers and can assist with the return process.
