A. Yes, a Letter of Consent signed by a representative of the GRAMMY charities is available upon request.
Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. A representative of Kompolt will contact the winning bidder via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.
Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal and bank wire transfer. Sorry, no personal checks.
Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided by Kompolt.
Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Sales tax will not be charged for non-tangible items such as VIP Experiences. Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to residents of: CA (7.75%), NY (7.0%), TX (6.5%), and VA (5.0%).
Q. Is this purchase tax deductible?

Q. What is the delivery process for tangible items?
A. The buyer will pay a flat shipping cost as stated in the listing. International buyers are responsible for the flat shipping cost stated in the listing plus any additional international shipping fees that apply including Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. which may be assessed and due upon delivery of item. The GRAMMY charities cannot pre-determine such fees and are not responsible for these additional costs.
Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Barring unanticipated circumstances and/or any special fulfillment conditions stated in the above description, the expected delivery time is 3-4 weeks after final payment is received and acknowledged.
Q. What is the fulfillment process for VIP experiences?
A. Kompolt will place the winning bidder in communication with a representative from the GRAMMY charities within 3 weeks of receipt and confirmation of payment.
Q. Will my item come with a Letter of Authenticity?
A. Yes, a Letter of Authenticity signed by a representative of the GRAMMY charities will be provided with all tangible items that have been autographed and/or hold collectible value. Non-tangible items such as VIP Experience auctions will not include a Letter of Authenticity.

- By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency. I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself, there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.
- This auction does not include any items or services that are not detailed above.

- The winner and guest(s) may be subject to a background check in order for the fulfillment of the experience to be executed.
- In the event that an experience cannot be fulfilled by the GRAMMY charities or the experience donor, the winner will receive a full refund.
- Tickets to Recording Academy® events, including but not limited to the GRAMMY® Awards, are for use by the account holder and its invited guest(s) only, are not transferable by account holder or any of its invited guests, and may not be sold, otherwise transferred or used for any other purpose, including promotional, commercial, advertising, or other trade purposes, without the express written consent of The Recording Academy.
- Tickets sold, otherwise transferred or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at all Recording Academy events.
- By accepting delivery of tickets, the account holder and its guests are bound by this Ticket Policy and the account holder agrees to inform with due diligence all of its invited guests of the terms of this Ticket Policy.
- All tickets must be used in the event/telecast year specified.
- The Recording Academy reserves all legal rights and remedies.
- Eligible bidder must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
- The winner is solely responsible for accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the event/venue unless otherwise stated in the description.
