The resort features whirlpool spas, a swimming pool, and exercise facilities.
How This 2 Bedroom Villa can be Locked Out for TWO Marriott Vacations
WHAT MARRIOTT RESORTS YOU SHOULD NOT BUY:
Never buy at a resort that does not have the lock out option.
You will only be able to exchange one week per year.
With the lock out you will get two weeks every year.
Do not spend $10,000 or $20,000 for a higher season when most
of the time you can exchange for the exact same thing that you will
get if you own the unit in this auction.

So it ends up costing you about $751 per vacation.
$592 (half the maintenance fee, tax & est 2008 reserve) plus $40 (half the lockout cost with Marriott) + $119 (interval exchange fee)

· Your CLOSING will be done by a PROFESSIONAL Closing Co.. This takes about 6 weeks. THEY WILL HANDLE ALL FUNDS.
· The BUYER is responsible for payment of the escrow fees of $600 (includes all closing fees) .
· Your bid amount + escrow fee to be received by the escrow company within 7 days of the agreement to purchase. Please use bank check or money order.
· Once you win the auction, I will contact you and mail you a purchase contract to be mailed by you to the escrow company with your check
