Returns will be accepted on this item. Please contact us prior to making a return so we can authorize it.
For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us. Some of our items have “FREE SHIPPING”. Although shipping is free for the buyer, Treasurehoard still pays for shipping and insurance for these items. In the case of free shipping we will let the buyer know the actual shipping cost and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
In the case of international returns, Customs/Duty refunds should be requested from your local customs agency.
All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when sent to the buyer. Returns will not be accepted for: new items that have been used or washed, new items with the tags removed, items that have been physically altered while in the buyer’s possession or items damaged by the buyer. A refund will be sent as soon as the item is received by us, assuming that all stated conditions have been met.
