Return and Exchange Policies

Clothing Items, Cosmetics, Fashion Accessories & Jewelry
Under normal circumstances WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR, BATHING SUITS, SOCKS OR COSMETICS for sanitation reasons - please contact us for special circumstances or if we made an error in your order. All other NWT (New With Tags) clothing or accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt of item for full refund (not including shipping cost if international) at the buyers expense only if the tags have not been removed and the item is not damaged. For all NWOT items (new without tags) and NWT items where the tags have been removed, there will be a $15.00 or 20% restocking fee (which ever is less) on returns and the buyer pays return shipping. We will accept returns only on unopened/unused cosmetics - buyer pays return shipping.
All other items
We accept returns on all other items up to 14 days after receipt of package. All New Other (see details) items are tested or inspected before they are sent it out, but sometimes things may slip between the cracks. Some items, however, cannot be tested simply because we lack the equipment to test it. Therefore, only non-functioning, incomplete or incorrect merchandise may be returned or exchanged for full credit. Under these circumstances, we will issue a replacement or a full refund including shipping depending on the situation. If the item does not fit the above requirements, there will be a $15.00 or 20% restocking fee (which ever is less) and the buyer pays return shipping.
Our Mistake
All items are twice inspected for accuracy and quality before they are sent out. If there is a mistake on our end, all we ask is that you give us the opportunity to fix whatever error we made - which we will do promptly and beyond expectations. Depending on the situation, we will be happy to issue a replacement including shipping or refund. We do our best to inspect all items for accuracy, but we do make errors from time to time in which case we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner.
Shipping and Handling

In the interest of preserving our God given natural resources, we do not include a paper invoice with package unless otherwise requested. If you would like one please email us and we will include it. We also use secondhand boxes, plastic bubble wrap and poly mailers that we request you recycle or reuse upon receipt of package.
Domestic Shipping and Handling Guarantee
We guarantee to process/handle all orders within one business day after payment is received and cleared. Often times we ship same or next day, but no items will be shipped any later than one business day after processed. Tracking numbers will be provided to you through eBay email - as available. Please be advised that we have no power over delivery delays due to wrong information provided to us, carrier errors, national holidays, bad weather, natural disasters, or any other number of circumstances that are simply beyond our control.
International Shipping and Handling - Worldwide
International shipping is available - price for international shipping is calculated by weight and location. We do offer combined weight shipping discounts on international orders - please contact us prior to making payment for any other questions on shipping discounts. We are not responsible for customs charges, international taxes or delivery delays due to your country's customs regulations, bad weather, remote location, worker strikes, local political disputes, etc.
1st Class International | Usually takes 10-15 business days, but can be up to 6 - 8 weeks depending on your country’s customs regulations, weather, location, postal delays, worker strikes, local political disputes, etc. Packages using this service cannot be tracked. |
Priority International | Usually takes 5-10 business days, but may take longer depending on country location, weather, customs, postal delays, etc. Packages using this service are tracked in certain countries and the tracking number will be provided as available. |
Express International | Usually takes 3-8 business days, but can be delayed depending on Country location, weather, customs, postal delays, etc. Packages using this service are tracked and the tracking number will be provided |
Lost items and items returned to us:
In cases where an item is returned because we were provided the wrong shipping information by the buyer, we will contact you for the correct information. We will then send an invoice for the cost of re-shipping - upon receipt of payment we will ship according to our standard shipping guarantee (see above). If you would rather cancel the order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
In cases where an item is lost because we were provided the wrong shipping information by the buyer we will not issue any refund or replacement.
In cases where an item is lost in the process of international delivery we will not refund the shipping cost, but we are willing to negotiate a refund for the item if it is not received once the allotted time described in the chart above has passed.
Payment

At this time, we accept Paypal only. We request that payment is made immediately after purchase. We will send a second invoice the next business day after purchase. If payment is not made, an unpaid item case will be opened 5 days after date of purchase. If you cannot make payment at the time of purchase please contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you, but please do not commit to buy if you do not intend to pay. Please remember that when you select "buy it now" you enter into a legally binding contract.
