BoxBuilder v1.0 was designed to be easy to use and was designed primarily for subwoofer car audio use. To use BoxBuilder to design a subwoofer enclosure. Type in your drivers parameters and save it in the driver database. After you have done that use box wizards to guide you through the enclosure design process. The wizards are simple to use and requires only a few button strokes to completely design an enclosure. All the information produced is found in one central location at the output editor. It is not scattered through several different screens like most conventional enclosure design software. You can print the enclosure information or save it and recall it latter with any standard word processor or text pad. Multiple enclosure alignment and box variations allows you to easily design 15 sealed enclosure variations, 12 vented, 3 4th order bandpass, and 3 6th order bandpass. The software calculates box statistics, plots box response, box volumes, square and round vent parameters and a variety of additional loudspeaker speaker design related calculators. In addition the package contains the Monte Carlo Box Optimizer that will analyze thousands of enclosures in a matter of minutes and produces the best possible box parameters based on a set of desirable conditions supplied by the designer.
