Stylish and cool, the Pentax K1000 is an automatic SLR film camera that allows you to take beautiful pictures. This Pentax 35 mm camera comes with interchangeable standard lenses, letting you maximize your performance. Being fully manual, the Pentax K1000 allows you to have complete control over the camera. The 1 - 1/1000 sec shutter speed of the SLR film camera enables you to capture exceptional still images of fast-moving images. This Pentax film camera can work without a battery.

This Auction is for an Asahi Pentax K1000 camera with a SMC Pentax-M 1:2 50mm lens, a Toyo Optics Skylight(1A) filter, a Takumar AF14 flash, a blower brush, other cleaning supplies, and a Philips carrying bag.

Condition: The camera's shutter clicks, the film compartment opens and closes smoothly, the view through the viewfinder is clear, we have not seen any scratches on the lens and filter, and the lens's aperture blades widen and constrict without difficulty. However, we have not tested the camera with film and do not know if every feature works as intended. We are therefore selling these items for parts or repairs because we cannot make a guarantee of full functionality. Please consult photos for more details. In accordance with our camera/electronic return policy, this is an As-Is sale. The policy is stated below:

Camera/Electronic Return Policy: All of our cameras, lenses, and camera accessories or electronics are sold as-is. We provide as much information as possible and we are happy to answer any questions, but we are Goodwill and we cannot test all of our donated items. They may or may not work, and to be on the safe side we sell them for parts or repairs.

Size: The camera (without the lens attached) is approximately 5.75" x 3.75" x 2".

Please see or other auctions; we are happy to combine shipping charges but will only do so for auctions ending within three days of each other because we do have a four day payment policy.


Items are generally shipped within two business days after payment is received. Items are sent USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.
