Factory unlocked could be used with any VoIP service provider who supports SIP and BYOD (Bring your own device).

*If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 14 days since it is received.

*Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

*Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

*All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

*Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will ship a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
