24 Used Jarvis Rotary Files

You are bidding on 24 rotary files made by Jarvis Cutting Tools, of Rochester, NH.  15 of these are high speed steel, and 9 of them are carbide.  I detail the individual files below.  These rotary files are barely used.  As you can see, a few of them do show signs of age (some rust spots on the shank), but the spots are cosmetic only and should not affect the performance of these files, widely considered the best in the industry.
