Payment: All funds must clear before the item is shipped or picked up. We ask that you forward your payment ASAP to avoid any delay in the transaction. Buyers are allotted 4 days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list. Due to the fact that we are trading assistants, all auctions must be sold "AS IS." Sales tax of 6.35% will be added for any pick up sales and for items sold anywhere in Connecticut. Shipping: Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping and handling. We CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes. We generally use UPS for all US domestic shipments and USPS for all international shipments. Auction it TODAY reserves the right to ship with other shipping carriers. We will not mark international shipments as gifts and will declare the proper value. We are not responsible for duties and import taxes that you may be charged upon receiving your item. All international sales are final. We require a valid contact phone number for International shipments. We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Items will ship within (2) to (3) business days after payment has been received.
Once the item leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the item. All items are from our warehouse in F.O.B. Berlin, CT and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock. Any freight claim is between the carrier and the buyer. Please inspect all packages carefully. If you sign for an item from the freight company in good condition, they will deny any damage claims.
FREIGHT SHIPPING NOTE: Shipments over 150 lbs. will ship via common freight carrier. Flat Freight Shipping is shipping to a commercial address (business) equipped with a loading dock or forklift. Residential shipping and shipping to the carrier's terminal in your area for local pickup would be an additional cost. Business addresses NOT equipped with a loading dock or forklift is usually an extra $50-$100. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing an item or submitting a best offer.
Returns: Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt. We will accept returns within 48 hours of the date of delivery only if the item significally fails to meet the above item desription, Items must be returned in the exact condition as they were sent. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We do not pay for shipping on a returned item.
