Property Amenities
The Cabo San Lucas hotel completed a multimillion dollar renovation in 2010. The hotel's pool, whale slide, fitness center and spa, two restaurants, and miniature golf course were among the public areas that received a face lift.
Kids in Paradise, for children ages 4–12, provides supervised care, arts and crafts, meals, and pool activities (surcharge applies). It’s open daily except Saturday. The club also hosts twice-weekly evening parties for children with dinner, games, and a kids’ club T-shirt. Babysitting services are also available.
In addition to the spa, the resort features a fitness center, aerobics/yoga studio with daily classes, and beauty salon (surcharges apply).
This Resort and Spa maintains a hospitality suite for guests, ideal for late checkouts. It has a full bathroom and kitchen, plus a sitting area with TV and pool table. The resort’s shopping plaza is home to a full-sized grocery store, a coffee shop with 10 computers and Internet connection, an ice-cream parlor, a DVD/video store, and jewelry, clothing, and gift shops.

Rooms
This Cabo San Lucas, Mexico resort offers 458 air-conditioned suites, each with a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Views are of the garden and pool or the ocean.
Generously sized suites range from 592 to 860 square feet. All include kitchens with two electric stove top burners, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, pots and pans, service for four, and marble breakfast bar with bar stools. Separate living rooms are decorated in soothing light blues, purples, and creams, with wicker furniture and Mexican tile floors. Bathrooms feature deep marble tubs and painted porcelain accessories.

Dining
Bella California - Open-air beach side restaurant with views of El Arco and Sea of Cortez. Located next to children’s pool so that parents may eat as they watch their children play. Breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner. California/Italian cuisine. No reservations necessary. Credit cards or room charge only.
Las Tortugas - Fine-dining restaurant open for dinner only. Seashell motif with cane chairs and peach-colored tablecloths. Daily theme buffets in air-conditioned dining room or outside on terrace. Nightly live entertainment such as Broadway shows and Mexican folklore. Reservations not necessary. Credit cards or room charges only.
Recreation
The Villa Del Palmar has three pools: an adults-only free form pool, an activities pool with orca water slide and spa tub, and a relaxation pool with infinity-edge spa tub. There are also four tennis courts, all lighted (surcharge for night use), with a tennis pro and complimentary introductory lesson. The hotel’s white-sand beach has a concession stand for non-motorized water sports. Also on site are a nine-hole miniature-golf course, scooter and ATV rentals, and horseback riding on the beach.
Several 18-hole golf courses are within a 10-minute drive. Also nearby are fishing charters, area tours, and cruises to watch the sunset or the seasonal migration of gray whales.

• Reservations: Reservations requests may be made immediately after purchase, please call 1-866-405-5510. We'll send you by email the reservation request you have to sign and fax it back. Please allow 5 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your hotel voucher including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email.

You must provide a minimum 14-day notice when scheduling your travel dates; and all reservations are subject to hotel availability. All travel must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date of this package.

A valid credit card is required on file for this package even if you pay with PayPal for any cancellation, modification, no-tour or no-show charges.

• Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. No tours on the first day. The tours are normally conducted the day after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes non-obligation to buy. We cannot guarantee tour time. Tour times will be assigned at time of guest check-in for the welcome center. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
  If you fail to complete your tour of the resort, fail to meet the qualifications or be truthful about your qualifying information, attempt group travel then your card will be charged accordingly.

• Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ No-shows: Vacation packages are non-refundable.All confirmed booking will be charged the first night (price vary per resort) if a confirmed booking is canceled with less than 14 days notice of your travel date. Any modification or cancellation to a confirmed reservation will be charge a processing fee. Full package will be charged if the customer does not show up at the hotel at the confirmed date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. Each additional reschedule will be subject to a $35 reschedule fee.

Q. Are all travel dates available?
A. Choose your OWN dates of travel! You have a full year to use this vacation package!!
Your travel package has no blackout dates, however some travel periods are more requested than others and dates do sell out from time to time. As with any travel you may reserve, it is wise to request as far in advance as possible when requesting travel dates, particularly at peak or holiday periods. All reservations are subject to availability. We request 2 travel dates. If any travel date is not available you will have one year to use it.
