For any return to be accepted and processed, the follow conditions apply:
1. The buyer MUST contact us FIRST within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. No refunds are given without item return; buyer to pay return shipping.
3. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was when shipped by us. If we sent to you bubble wrapped, we expect it returned with the same, or qualitatively equal care. If item was NWT we expect tags to still be intact, and so on.
4. Delivery confirmation is required on all returns.
5. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
6. The refund, less the 25% restocking fee, will be credited to the buyer within 1 business day of confirmed receipt of the returned item.
