FLAT RATE SHIPPING: We try to ship items within two business days after funds have cleared. If you require alternative shipping arrangements, please send us an e-mail and we will try to satisfy your needs. We ship via Fedex Home Delivery and USPS for auctions noting "flat rate" shipping. We add $2.00 for insurance for "flat rate" shipping. We specify up front the "flat rate" cost for auctions with "flat rate" shipping. The cost is based on the actual shipping cost plus handling. Handling is typically $3.00, so for an item with a shipping cost of $7.00 and a handling cost of $3.00, the flat rate would be $10. The amount we add for handling pays for the boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts and Marv. We do everything we can to keep total shipping costs down, and not overcharge. Please take note that we base all of our shipping costs off published rates from the carriers we use. We are not making these numbers up. We use the cost of a USPS Large Flat Rate Box as our starting point and estimate up or down from there. You can visit the carrier's web sites to see what their rates are.
CALCULATED SHIPPING: We ship via USPS for auctions noting "calculated" shipping. For calculated shipping we add $3.00 handling. Handling covers the cost of the box, peanuts, bubble wrap, tape. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship anywhere on the planet (i.e. world-wide). We ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail International. We will NOT use any other method. You can request a shipping quote for any item. If you require international shipping, please wait for an invoice before sending payment to ensure you are being charged the correct amount. If you send payment prior to being invoiced, your transaction will be cancelled.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We combine shipping for multiple items of similar size if possible.
HANDLING TIME: We ship within 72 hours of an auction's end, with most items shipping in the first 48 hours.
RETURNS: Items arriving broken or damaged as a result of shipping issues are eligible for return, not including initial shipping or return shipping. New items arriving not as materially described are also eligible for a refund of purchase price, not including initial shipping or return shipping.
For items sold "Used, As Is", we attempt to provide complete descriptions and photographs so as to provide the buyer with enough information to make an educated purchase. Please examine pictures carefully. Additional photos are always available on request. If you have questions about a listing, please ask. We can not possibly catch every defect or blemish in a used item.
