here we have a very cool issue of the Lionel Electric Trains Magazine- Model Builder- a look at the train industry in 1938, the magazine is in  very good condition, very cool ad on the back cover

If you are outside the United States, please do not send payment until you have received shipping quote, shipping WILL cost more to you then the advertised shipping price, we ship all items by either USPS priority or Express mail, this is done for tracking, security and according to paypal rules. Priority is also a lot faster and secure for the buyer.  Only for the smaller model kits that sell for less than $15.00 can we provide USPS int first class, on all larger items we only ship to locations that USPS will provide insurance to, we appreciate all customers

For all Buyers we accept  Ebay approved methods of payment like Paypal and payment upon pickup.

We do not offer partial refunds, all items unless listed as new are from collections we have purchased and are SOLD AS IS , as we are not  experts , we give you the best  photo and description that we can, as the buyer we expect you to know what you are buying and to ask questions before bidding if you have any concerns.  If you have a significant problem with your purchase, please let us know as we will always try to help. In rare cases if we do allow a return the postage both ways is paid by the buyer, as this goes to a third party it cannot be refunded.<P>

All shipments in California add 8.75% sales tax.

Paypal has very strict rules, and because of these WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS. Please do not ask us to mail to a different address other than the one confirmed with Paypal.
