Hi! Up for bid is a 3349 Turbo Missle Firing Car produced and catalogued by the Lionel Corporation from 1962 through 1965. These units carried two Turbo Missles, one was carried in the laucher and another on the slotted flatcar. The flats were equipped with AAR Trucks and were either a light or dark red in color. From a few collectors, it is my understanding that the dark red flats were the more desireable of the two. These are of the darker red variety. The cars are unmarked with either letters or numbers, and that is the way they were originally made. The piece appears to be unrun!
