Powder Coating vs. Zinc Plating: Each rotor is powder coated on the outer edge and center hat to helps pevent rusting. It is baked in a powder coating oven. Powder coat is an equivalent to 6 layers of standard paint. It is more durable vs paint or zinc plating. The friction surface where the brake pads contact is not coated, which in turn speeds up the bedding process of the rotor and pad. Unlike zinc plating which are not design to be use on brake rotors, it will rust and slow down the bedding process. Every auto makers in the world does not use zinc plating on their brake rotors. It rust and it will slow the bedding process.
Knife Edge Slot: The slots are machined at an angle to create a ramp which helps channel out brake dust away from the rotor. This also helps the rotor to dissipate gasses evenly. The slot can also be used as a wear indicator, when the slot wear out it is time to replace the rotor. Unlike our competitor's round end slot which trap brake dust within the slot.
 
Chamfered Holes: The holes are chamfered to increase the structural integrity of the rotor and create even brake pad wear.
Shipping: No international shipping. Flat rate shipping only apply to the 48 states, AK, HI, PR APO, will pay actual shipping cost.
Insurance: I make the insurance optional, but I highly recommend it that you buy insurance. Please understand that if you do not buy insurance in the event that it is lost or damaged we are not responsible. If you do not buy insurance and it is lost or damaged you are responsible to make all claim with the shipping company. If you do buy insurance and it is lost or damaged I will replace it for you.
Warranty: 90 days warrnty against manufacture defects. Will not cover improper handling or installation. All warranty are to be determine by the manufacture. Customer are responsible to return item to the manufacture for all warranty claims.
