These are exactly what I was looking for, mugs that are not too big and not too small. The mugs are 5-1/2" tall, the lip is 3" in diameter and the glass is about 3/16" inch thick. The bottom flairs out to help steady the mug and add weight to the bottom. They are quite stable and not too easily tipped over. The mug is a typical two piece construction with a left and right side fused together. The seam is very small and not an issue at all, it can be felt but is not sharp or irritating. For the price, these are perfect mugs and a good choice for a common glass in the kitchen and around the house. The handle provides as secure grip and reduces chances of dropping it. We have better glasses when needed but these are quite presentable. At this price when one gets broken (and they will) it's no big loss.Read full review

We've been using Anchor Hocking beer mugs (thick glass) for years and I wanted to buy something a little nicer looking for everyday use that I hope lasts years and years also. I love the handle and clean look. They are smaller overall but hold the same amount of liquid (16oz) as our previous set of beer mugs, so we can fit a few more glasses in the cupboard for storage. Over the last two weeks, I've been pleased with the purchase.

These glass mugs are awesome! They are heavy/solid and have handles. Which means they are appropriate for lemonade, juice, or any beverage that you need to carry around the house.
