Payment Information:
Once the auction has ended buyer has 3 days to pay, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel that transaction and start the Unpaid Item Process through eBay. Our unpaid item system is automated and starts the process on the fourth day. Please ask any/all questions before bidding. Once you bid and if you win the auction or BIN, you are obligated to purchase it. All sales are final. Payment options: PayPal.
Domestic Shipping:
• We ship FAST, usually same day of receiving payment (on weekdays) up to a maximum of 2 business days after receiving payment. Please note that buyers outside the 48 contiguous United States must e-mail me for shipping costs, prior to bidding. We combine the shipping cost when purchasing more than 1 item of the exact same product. We welcome local pick up at no extra charge. Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Once an order is placed, we are not able to change the ship to address or ship to another address.
International Buyers:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Transit times is vary greatly by country, but generally is around 6 - 10 for Priority Mail International and 7 - 21 days for First Class Mail International. Transit time is affected by many factors including your country's customs. We can only guarantee to ship on time, from there it is out of our hands.
• “These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”
• “We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.”
• In some cases items will be too big for combined shipping. Customs regulations vary from country to country. There is a slight chance that we will not be able to combine shipping in some items. We will contact you after you place your order if a problem arises. The costums declaration form is not actual tracking number. The item should be scanned when it arrives to the post office here and when it arrives to destination. Most times the item arrives within 2 weeks but some times items take longer to clear customs.

Returns:
We do our best to describe our item but we are not experts in all areas. If you receive an item that is not as described, or if the item is not functioning properly (unless this is mentioned in the listing) or if the item arrives and is DOA (dead on arrival), not working, not as stated, please report the problem within 2 business and we will issue a "Return for Replacement" authorization and replace or repair the item at our expense. All expenses MUST be approved or we will NOT reimburse you for the return charges.
• If however after 2 days and within 7 days you find your item defective, we will still issue a "Return for Replacement" authorization but you will be responsible for cost of shipping freight back to us and we will pay return shipping back to you.
• All of our items are sold with a DOA warranty unless specifically noted in the item. The DOA warranty provides you with two days to inspect the item to see that it performs as described. If you encounter a problem during the inspection period, please contact us providing the auction/item number or your ebay user id and a description of the problem. One of our customer support representatives will reply to your email and attempt to solve the problem. If necessary, the customer support representative will issue a return authorization, if a return is required.
• In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email reply within 48 hours, please call us to confirm we received your email.
• In the event that a return is required, we will test and diagnose the item. If we find the item is defective, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. If we are unable to fix or replace the item, merchandise credit or refund of the item cost will be issued. If our testing shows the item to be functional and as described, the item will be returned to you at your expense or merchandise credit (no restocking fee) or refund (20% restocking fee) will be issued.
• In the unlikely event that an item has been improperly described or the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund will be made as soon as the item is returned.
