Laptop is ready for use. Comes pre-loaded with the factory load, just like it was when it was new. Installed Microsoft Security Essentials and OpenOffice, currently up to date on all patches. Great laptop to surf the web, use for word processing, etc. but not much on the gaming side. The discrete card is pretty good but not capable of playing many of the games out today. Also included is a spare battery and the restore disks I created. The screen is perfect, not one scratch. The exterior does show some usage but doesn't affect the operation or look of the laptop.
