WE COMBINE SHIPPING!

Shipping is to be paid by the winning bidder and is based on USPS mail rates. We utilize parcel post as often as we can as an option to keep SHIPPING COSTS LOW!  Please understand that if you choose these lower cost shipping options, the item can take up to two weeks to arrive!!!  See the bottom of the Ebay auction page for shipping rates and options. All shipping prices are quoted in the auction, if you have any questions, please message us!  We provide delivery tracking on all electronics items FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy to our buyers.

We cannot ship on Sundays or Holidays that the post office is closed.  Your item will be shipped within 1-3 weekdays of your payment being received & cleared, unless otherwise noted in the Handling Time listed in the auction. 

FOR MOST LAPTOPS, the time to process your order through our warehouse is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F), and then it will ship with the shipping option you selected at checkout. 

You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped and a tracking number is provided FREE OF CHARGE to all of our buyers to follow the progress of your package.  If the value of your package is $249 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All of our laptop shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that it is our experience with the USPS that their tracking system does not update very quickly!  If you are not seeing any update on your tracking status in first 1-4 days after your item shipped, don't worry!  It IS on its way, USPS just does NOT UPDATE VERY ACCURATELY.  It is also our experience that items have arrived even before there is ANY UPDATE AT ALL.  If you have not received your item after 2 calendar weeks of your shipment notification email, please message us so that we can locate your shipment!

WE DO NOT SHIP outside the USA, to APO, AFO or military addresses OR any address which requires a customs form.  WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS, ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES (including Hawaii, not including Canada or Puerto Rico). WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO OR FPO’S.

Packages are generally shipped in plain or Priority Mail packaging, but we do recycle grocery shipping boxes and they may have miscellaneous product info on the outside. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, message us so we can fix it!  You may return the item if defective, if the item is in original condition.  We have never had a defective item yet.  There is a 15% restocking fee for items returned if the item is returned unopened because you have decided you do not want the item.  We CANNOT take an item back if you have installed any programs on the item!  If there is an error on our part, you must return the item in original condition in original packaging within 7 days for a full refund.
