Le Creuset Fry Pan - Vintage Enamel Cast Iron Skillet in 1950s "Elysses Yellow" - Cookware Made in France
Le Creuset introduced the first color option in 1956. Called "Elysees Yellow," the name pays homage to the French origin of this gourmet line of cast iron enameled cookery.
If treated properly this skillet can last a lifetime (or more). The white interior is primed and ready to move from stove-top to oven and back. Ideal for finishing steaks, potatoes and onions and numerous other dishes.
The base is marked with the enameled ridged characteristic of early Le Creuset

6.5" diameter
10.5" handle to rim
1.5" deep
Condition:
interior enamel is good.. There is crazing to the enamel on the base, characteristic of extended use over high heat. There is also some chipping and wear around the rim (as shown).
