Item must be returned New & Unused, in the exact condition as when we shipped. A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns and buyer pays for return shipping unless item received is not as described . Original ship costs when we shipped will be deducted from any refund (this also applies to free ship items that have the ship cost built into the price). The amount we actually paid for original shipping will be deducted from any refund as well as the 20% restock fee . Upon receipt of returned item, the returned item will be inspected and if item was not returned as New & Unused (sealed, if item was originally sealed) and in the exact condition as when we shipped then no refund will be given. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning item. All returned items must have tracking and insurance purchased as well , as this is the way we shipped. Notification within 2 days of receipt is required if there was an error with your purchase or if you are returning the item.
