I was very moved by this movie. It starts out with kathy's husband being killed in an car accident and from that point on she begins halucinating that he is still trying to somehow torment her even in death. So of the occurences she experience are...keys going missing only to show up later, the number 8 keeps appearing etc. Then there's the boy, Fergurson O'Brien(very important character in the movie), whom she is familar with that keeps calling her at 12:15am everyday trying to deliver a message from her deceased husband. All of these strange occurences causes her to push away her tenant(Samuel Le Bihan) who desperately wants a relationship with her. Kathy soon learns that the message her deceased husband is trying to deliver is in the best interest of both of them and only then can she move on. This movie gets 5 stars! If you haven't seen it, you're missing out a on very good movie.Read full review
I expected this to be a much more entertaining movie. Tim Roth is cast as Andie Macdowell's deceased husband, Jeremy. And the only reason I was able to stay awake through the entire film was because of my hope he would be in additional scenes. Roth is brilliant, as always - though his role throughout the movie is limited to a total of maybe 10-15 scattered minutes. The rest of the acting is simply awful. Definitely won't watch it again.
