Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via FedEx Standard Overnight Air is $49.95.

NOTE: Our FedEx Air services exclude Saturday delivery.

Payment must clear before 4:00AM CST to ship that day.

We ship Monday - Friday.

FedEx Express ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday.

Because these rates vary so much please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 4-8 days on average.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.

International Shipping and Handling Info

Attention international customers, please make sure to read the following info before placing an order.

Customs - Taxes - Duties - Gifts: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Also, we can't mark an item as gift to avoid duties/taxies.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is refused or returned to sender for bad address entered or refusal to pay customs, taxes, duties we'll refund the price of the item less both shipping charges.

PAYMENT: For international orders we can only accept PayPal payments and we can only ship to the address associated with the PayPal account used to make the purchase.

International Shoe Sizes

International Returns/Exchanges: Due to the high cost of shipping items back and forth the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All sizing information is in US sizes. We don't guarantee any manufacturer's sizing charts. If an item doesn't fit properly we can't cover any shipping charges on exchanges due to the high shipping. We recommend either selling the item locally or re-listing the product on eBay.

International Manufacturer's warranty claims: Most items sold at djsboardshop come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. In these situations the customer is responsible for sending the product back to djsboardshop. If the warranty is approved we'll issue a refund for the price paid for the item.

We ship most international orders VIA FedEx Express International. If you're only ordering a smaller item we may change the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to use either company.

International orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment Mon - Fri.

Australia

Shipping to Australia via FedEx Express International costs $99.95 and usually takes 3-7 business days depending on customs.

Canada

Shipping to Canada via FedEx Express International costs $57.95 and usually takes 3-7 business days depending on customs.

Germany

Shipping to Germany via FedEx Express International costs $84.95 and usually takes 3-7 business days depending on customs.

Japan

Shipping to Japan via FedEx Express International costs $85.95 and usually takes 3-7 business days depending on customs.

United Kingdom

Shipping to the United Kingdom via FedEx Express International costs $84.95 and usually takes 3-7 business days depending on customs.

Payment Terms

Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, major credit cards and credit cards through Paypal.

If payment is not received after 8 days, a dispute is automatically filed with eBay. After 8 days, we can no longer guarantee product availability. If payment is made promptly, we will do our best to reserve the item.

General Information

Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs. within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary. We reply to emails outside of eBay’s message system when ever possible. EBay doesn’t allow for the back logging of emails. So please make sure to have your current email address on file with eBay or with us. Also check to make sure your email account settings are updated so that you can accept messages from Dj's Boardshop.

Returns

Please contact Dj’s Boardshop for instructions. Exchanges/Returns are allowed and must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns initiated outside the 14 day window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Christmas presents may be exchanged up to January 30th without restocking fees. Items for exchange/return must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange/return. Exchanged items will be shipped for free to a physical address in the continental US. All of our sizing is in US sizes and is provided by the manufacturer.

Product Condition

All items at Dj's Boardshop are brand new unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup

Because we don't have a retail store, we have a 'No Local Pickup' policy.

Warranty

All products at Dj’s Boardshop have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Please email us with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer’s warranty process. The warranty process can take up to 30 days from initial contact with the manufacturer. We try our best to handle all warranty issues as expeditiously as possible and some issues can be resolved in less time, but please be prepared for a 30 day turn around time.

Shipping

We ship Monday-Friday except public holidays. Shipments are usually sent the day after payment is received and cleared (Mon-Fri).

Best Offer

We use Best Offer to negotiate price only. Any terms placed with your offer MUST be sent separately to be considered. Please email us offers with terms.


Adding Shipping/Special Instructions

During the checkout process please do not enter any information in the Shipping or Special Instructions box. We are unable to view it or pass it along to the shipping company.
