Shipping

After receiving your payment, your order is shipped within same or next business day. Please disregard weekends and holidays. We ship through USPS First Class Mail. It takes 2-10 business days. For international shipping, it takes atleast 7-15 business days depending on the services in your country.It might take more than 15 days due to customs and other issues.

Return Policy

TechPlazza will credit your payment for a returned item if it is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap). You will be refunded for the item only. We cannot make an exchange for a different item; a new order will have to be placed if you wish to receive a different item.
