If you have chosen any form of postage option which has a tracking number we will email you your tracking number usually at the end of the day whilst we are completing the days invoicing & receipts, you may also find it attached to your invoice in purchase history in my ebay otherwise if it is not received via email to you & you need it please call us 0243892663.If you have paid for track-able letter parcel or express or registered you can also click on the Australia post number in purchase history & it should re-direct you to the Australia post website or otherwise you can copy & paste the track-able number supplied and enter it into the track search section on the Australia post website - it should then give current delivery advices.
ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT STANDARD NON INSURED POSTAGE
If you have opted to save money and take the chance on Standard Australia post (which we NEVER SUGGEST) we Thank-You for your purchase & am sure you will receive your item shortly - BUT if you dont receive it please keep checking with your post person daily or check with your local post office - You are also welcome to check with us after 30 days as It may sometimes be re-delivered back to us due to several factors which may include - wrong delivery address you have listed in ebay - you are no longer at the address supplied or simply an Australia post problem or its been lost or stolen - we DO NOT & under Australia post rules & regulations cannot initiate claims through Australia post for loss of Standard post items .
WE NEVER SUGGEST STANDARD POST! - WHY ? because there are TOO many variables that can happen . We ask you to consider if you have decided to opt for the standard post we strongly suggest YOU take appropriate measures to receive your item as safely as possible.
1) ask postie several days before to expect an item and ask him her to deliver to your front door and NOT leave protruding from your mail box.
2) watch each day for the delivery so that you can collect immediately
3) sit by the letterbox & wait for item daily
4) ask friends and family to follow the Australia post postie and make sure they dont lose it
5) ask Interpol or the Australian Federal police to track it
6) come to us & collect it.
