THE LONESOMEST DOLL by Abbie Farwell Brown was published 1929 in Boston and NY by Houghton Mifflin, an early reprint measuring 7 5/8" x 5 3/4" with pictorial cover, 76 pages, b+w illustrations by E Pollak.

"...charming story of the proud little queen and her beautiful lonesome doll..."

The illustrations are by Pollak; the dustjacket flap credits Arthur Rackham as illustrator.

Rear cover dampstained at outside third; staining inside covers; small school library stamp at top of double page frontis; dustjacket price clipped; shallow chipping at dj spine ends; otherwise solid and clean with djin a protective cover.
