COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. Combined shipping is based on the ready to ship weight, size and declared value of the box.  Shipping methods are by USPS 1^st class, Priority mail UPS, and Fed EX.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We ship to the address that is listed on your buyer page which is the same address on file with ebay. Please make sure your current address is updated with ebay AND Pay Pal.  We are not responsible if an item is shipped to an old address that has not been updated with ebay AND paypal. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping to the new address.

If your current shipping address shows a Post Office Box please include your physical location.  ie: street or road address. We need this for UPS and or Fed Ex shipping. Failure to include the physical address will cause a delay in shipping your item. UPS does not deliver items to post office boxes.

In some cases combined shipping on large heavy items is not cost effective however there still is a reduced cost for shipping 2 or more heavy items to one location.

SHIPPING COSTS: In 99% of our listings we enter the ready to ship weight of an item and NOT a dollar figure. The on line shipping calculator displays the cost the selected carrier is charging to deliver the package to your residence or work place.

We ship all items the next business day after receiving confirmation of cleared or received payment.

If you require an alternate shipping method or expedited shipping service please contact us prior to purchase for additional shipping costs for that particular service.

General Information

If you have any questions or concerns about any items we have listed please contact us through ebay messages or 908-362-0111  prior  to purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Payment is due within 7 days of purchase. We offer both factory brand new, vintage, and used merchandise and note item condition in the listing. Please DO NOT send final payment until we have sent a final invoice reflecting all purchase(s) and shipping.

Vintage and used item listings are compiled from a visual inspection of the actual item and are described to the best of our ability at the time of the listing.

Factory sealed items are not opened by us when they are listed. After purchase and at the buyer’s request we will open a factory sealed item to verify condition and operation. Factory brand new current production items are covered by a warranty through that manufacturer. In many cases the manufacturer specifies a defective item is to be addressed and or returned to them for warrant repair or replacement. All shipping costs associated with a return or warranty issue are not refundable by Jetstream.

All items listed are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.

ITEM DAMAGE POLICY: Prior to sending messages that your item has been received broken, damaged or missing parts please note that we take digital images and digital recording of the items as they are packed to verify condition, packing and content.  This procedure is recommended by all shipping companies. All of our packing boxes and material exceed all listed shipper requirements. If an item arrives with shipping damage contact us immediately. Save the shipping box and all contents and the damaged item. The buyer and seller  are required to notify the shipping  company about the damage claim.  All shipping carriers pay an insurance claim based on the declared value of the item. When the claim is approved a refund of the purchase price and original shipping will be issued by us if we receive the settlement. In some cases the buyer receives the settlement. The damaged item may have to be returned to us for inspection by a shipping representative. In that case we will reimburse the buyer for the return shipping cost after we receive the item.

You will be required to send digital photographs of the damaged box and contents for the claims process to our email address.

We have some of the best customers in the world however due to a few not so nice buyers we have had to resort to these measures to protect both the buyer and seller.
