Return Policy Details:

Fashion Music 101 will accept returns within 14 days for Money Back or Store Credit under the following conditions.  Please read carefully as we take time and care in our listings to accurately describe, picture, measure and fully disclose the quality merchandise we sell.  We recommend knowing your size and preferences accurately and we are here to assist in any way we are able, please ask any and all questions before purchasing by email.

General return requirements:

·           Buyer must contact Fashion Music 101 for RM # and return item within the 14 day time frame. 

·           Items must be returned in the same condition as received, this includes all packaging i.e. boxes, bags, tags, certificates, warranty cards, ‘free gifts’.  All items inclusive in original shipment.

·          Items specified ‘new with tags’ must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact in original packaging.  Any deference from this requirement deems the item un-returnable.

Return conditions for a Money Back refund:

·           Item must be proven to have a mistake in the listing that is legitimately our fault.

Return conditions for a Store Credit refund:

·           Damaged items will evaluated on a case by case basis and evaluated as to shipping error etc. and given store credit upon return of item.

·          Items deemed to have fit issue; color preference issue, aesthetic dislike or any other issue that was carefully described in the listing through pictures, measurements and description will be evaluated on a case by case basis for store credit.

·          Fake / Counterfeit merchandise claims are taken very seriously by Fashion Music 101.  We have all necessary proof of authenticity of any claim filed for this so please feel safe in your purchase.

·          Missing items or parts in a shipment we will evaluate on a case by case basis and expedite and / or resolve immediately by replacement or store credit.

·          Please be aware that we take pride in our store and the hard work we put into it.  Your consideration in purchasing and being an aware buyer is appreciated.  Buyer remorse is not an acceptable reason for return.
