Combined Shipping Rates ... We offer significant savings when purchasing multiple items (oversized items are excluded). To take advantage of our combined shipping rates, finish shopping FIRST, then pay for your purchases AFTER you are DONE shopping. To calculate the shipping rate of an order with multiple items, the item you purchased FIRST pays the 1st Item Shipping Rate, then each additional item pays the Additional Item Rate.

We require payment within 7 calendar days. After 7 days we will void the sale, re-sell the item, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!

International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $15 or 10% (which ever is greater).
