Shipping via USPS First Class or UPS usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, after the order has left our warehouse. Packages sent via USPS Priority generally take between 1-3 business days. Orders shipped to Canada or to countries outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS International Mail, which takes between 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but may be delayed due to Customs. Customers should be aware that delays caused by their Customs Office, are out of our control. In rare cases, an order may take up to 30 days. If your order has not been received within a reasonable time, you are encouraged to contact your local post office and inquire about any possible delays to your package.
Undeliverable Policy:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be given 2 options:
1.) We will offer one more shipment attempt to another address for a re-shipment processing fee of $1.75
2.) We will refund the entire order minus any applicable returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 15% restocking fee (applied to total product price). Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us. If any of the above conditions apply, we will provide prompt emailed notifications.
