I bought this phone because I wanted a touchscreen which this one has. Granted, it's not nearly a smartphone but it has all the features I wanted. It's just an upgrade from the phone that I had and easy to use. The touch screen is sort of hard to operate but it does work. Overall I really do love this phone and it's a good value. It does what I wanted and it runs off the Verizon towers so the reception is better than my other phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone wanting a good phone for making and receiving calls and texting. Web browsing, not so much. Overall a good phone.
It is easy to use. And I like the fact that you are able to use the $30 card with it. The one thing I am not a huge fan of is the lock button while you are on the phone and you have to enter a numeric number for a card you have to press the lock button again which can be a pain at times.
I had a lg 505c for 4 years but the battery was getting weak and the buttons were messing up I dont like the smart phones all I need is a simple phone I can get calls with and text. this phone is it I am happy i was able to find another one and I got a 2nd one to have in case this happens again. love the phone

Great for an emergency phone for my 12 year old son. Very simple and plain. He can keep it in his pocket. The battery lasts a long time. He only uses it to communicate with me, so I know he made it safely to school on his bike. It's worked perfectly for us.
wonderful phone. has qwerty keypad so texting is easy. handheld and very durable. very pleased with the phone. bought two. service is great. very self explanatory and downloading is fast. great deal
