THIS IS A SINGLE DINNER PLATE IN THE LENOX ROSE PATTERN. IT HAS A METAL RIM AROUND IT . I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS SILVER PLATED. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING THAT THAT SAYS STERLING ON THE RIM. THE RIM HAS A FLORAL DESIGN. THIS WAS AN ESTATE SALE PURCHASE. THE PLATE IS 10" DIAMETER. MARKED ON THE BACK . GREEN MARK.

GOOD OLD USED CONDITION
In overall good condition. Antique and vintage items by
their very nature show normal wear to finish and miscellaneous scratches,
nicks, and dings due to age and use. As we define 'good condition' relative to
the stated age of the piece, we would expect to see 'character marks'
consistent with that age and could include nicks or dings to a wooden, metal,
enamel, or chalk ware object, wear to a painted surface, speckling on a mirror,
crazing, wear to gilding, or manufacturing glaze skips in ceramic finish, wear
to a label, and some original decorative trim may be missing. If
ceramic/porcelain restoration has been done, it is of museum-quality so that it
is hardly discernible and would be specifically mentioned in the listing. 'Good
condition' could include very small fleabite chips or very small hairline
cracks in any glass, ceramic, or marble item, but these would be specifically
mentioned in the listing.

Therefore, they are old or used and subject to some imperfections such as, wear
that comes with age, bubbles and mold imperfections, etc. However, we are not experts on the items we
sell and often unfamiliar with all the particulars and terminology of various
collecting fields. We will try to the
best of our ability to describe an item and point out any major flaws. We will never intentionally misrepresent an
item. Please study photos and ask
questions to clarify details that are important to you before you bid. We will attempt to answer any question as
best we can before the end of auction or listing. All sales are final unless very unusual
Shipping time: WE
ship M-F and usually get items out the next business day after payment
received. Shipping guaranteed within 3
days of payment.
Shipping method: We ship all my items via United States
Postal Service. (USPS). The most economical way possible, but prefer priority
mail on very old delicate glass. Parcel Post is handled much more than priority
so the chances of breakage are higher. .
Shipping costs are based on size of box, distance and weight. If the cost difference between Parcel Post
(receipt in 2 to 9 business days) and Priority (receipt in 2 to 3 business
days) is not much different, I upgrade to Priority. I will not know this until the shipping label
is printed. We will inform you of the method shipped when sending your shipping
notification e-mail. Books and printed
matter are shipped media mail (receipt time varies). International customer
should always ask for rates before purchasing so that the cost of internal
rates does not present a problem.
Communication: We think good communication is very important.
We try to answer all questions within 24 hours of receipt. I send an e-mail to every customer who makes
a purchase to let them know when their item has been shipped. Please make sure your e-mail address on your
account is correct so you'll receive it!
Feedback: We will always leave positive feedback. We do
not play games. Every hard earned dollar that is spent with Classylady's
Collectibles deserves respect and we hope that buyers will do the same on
receipt of their item(s) or contact us if there is a problem.
Cancellation of Sale: We sell items available here in
various venues and keep my inventory in all these venues updated
continually. However, there is a remote
possibility that an item may sell in two places at once. If that happens, we reserve the right to
cancel the sale and will return any money paid upon notification of
unavailability of the item. Upon final inspection of an item before packaging
or in the event of a mishap during packaging if we find a flaw or crack or
breakage we notify the buyer and send for a cancellation of sale. We do not
knowingly ever send out broken items unless stated in listing. If we make a
mistake then we make it right.
Returns: If you are unhappy for any reason, We are happy
to accept return of the item within 14 days of receipt of your item and if you
contact us first. We will not refund
shipping charges unless the error is ours.
