Product Description
The consistent slim looking Ping i3 O-Size Wedge is excellent for full shots from the fairway. This wedge is basically designed for professionals who like smaller heads offering less offset and bounce, enabling them to be in control and perfectly shape their shots. The Custom Tuning Port (CTP) takes care of the clubface vibration to improve the overall feel. The Custom Tuning Port (CTP) allows Ping i3 O-Size Wedge to have precise tolerance. The invisible notched hosel of Ping i3 O-Size Wedge results in a smooth transition between hosel and the clubhead. The Flat Top hosel increases the cross sectional area of the shaft which results in reduction of shaft stress. All in all, the Ping i3 O-Size Wedge is a solid club with a fairly heavy swingweight.

About the Manufacturer
Engineer and inventor Karsten Solheim got his start as an engineer working for GE in Ithaca, New York. His passion for the game set him on a journey to create a better putter. At the time he thought he was simply building it for his own personal use, but in 1959, Karsten’s ongoing garage experiments yielded an innovative putter he called 1A design. This putter had very distinctive design qualities, among them, a unique tone at impact, a sound that would echo throughout the game for generations to come…“Ping.” The Anser putter began a long and proud history of truly innovative equipment design throughout Ping’s entire product line (ultimately resulting in over 400 patents) that has set Ping at the top of the list of golf design and manufacturing companies. The company is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Karsten Solheim has passed away and his son John has taken the helm.

The item for sale is a Used Left Handed Ping i3 O-Size White Dot LW single Lob Wedge. The wedge is standard in Length, 3* Upright in Lie, and standard in Loft. The club has a factory installed Ping JZ-Shaft Stiff flex steel shaft and a Ping grip. Wedge serial number is 362287n. Please see photos.
