Payment Issues

• We accept the following payment methods: Paypal (process day is 1-2 business days), Credit Card payment.
• Payment expected within 7 days after auction ends. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days.
• Insufficient amount or information will delay the process of the order. Please read the invoice carefully.
• 9.75 % sale tax is applied/required to all California shipment
• Duty, Taxes, and Brokerage fee now are all included in shipping and handing fee for Canada Buyers !!!!!

Transit time

• Orders will be processed and ship out within 1-2 business days after sufficient payment is received. Orders from Saturdays, Sundays and, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Courier company: UPS or USPS (depending on location and item size). Tracking num will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries.
• We will ship mid-size or large-size items with UPS to U.S. domestic areas (delivery in 1-6 business days)
• We will ship small-size items with USPS (delivery in 1-6 business days in 48 states, up to 10 business days in U.S. other than 48 states) . If you are located in HI, AK, PR, GU, VI or foreign countries, or you want the item to be sent to APO or FPO addresses, we have to ship it with UPS regardless the item size, and extra shipping and handling fee will be charged for above areas.
• We will ship items to foreign countries and Canada, with UPS service, which is a 3-7 business days delivery, small items will be shipped by USPS (delivery in 15 business days )
• If you are interested in multiple items from our other auctions. Feel free to email us about combine shipping and handling fee.
• Orders cannot be shipped to any P.O. boxes. Orders can only be shipped to physical addresses.
  If there is free shipping auction, it will only apply to USA 48 States. It does not apply to international countries, Canada and the following states: PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, APO, FPO.

Damaged item, Wrong item , Not fitting, Lost item Issues

• Customers need to provide pictures to proof wrong or damaged item, we will send out UPS pre-paid return shipping label to have the item back. Once the item is returned, we will replace it. (We need the items return before we send out repalcement)
• Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
• Lost in transit items: Please allow 7 business days for carriers to process claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.

Warranty/ Policy

• All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped. Buyer may request money back (less shipping) if you are not satisfy with our product. Refund will be sent out after product is return and inspected.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
• Installation instructions are not included. All items are Brand New unless stated otherwise on the listing. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Items with a few exceptions. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Although our products are made to fit OEM specifications, there may be slight issues with gaps. If the vehicle has had collision damage, the chances of improper fitment increase. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. We guarantee fitment gap are no more than 1/3" wide on each side.
• Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation.
• Please read everything carefully before you place a bid. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any question about anything of our product. By placing a bid, you have agreed to everything listed whether you read it or not.
