Pro: Bright, big buttons, easy to press. The screen can be configured with large simplified text. Speakerphone works well. In general, it is a good Sprint phone for a low tech relative or someone wanting *gasp* a phone! Cons: Ear piece not particularly loud, but good enough. Only polyphonic ringtones (the 20th century called...) Lacks 800MHz ESMR 1xRTT support, so it loses out on Sprints new extended range network on the ESMR band. Think more dead zones by being confined to 1900MHz PCS band (i.e. the Sprint of the 2010's). ESMR is a 'must have' going forward on the Sprint network. Has all the features I need nothing fancy basic and long battery life. I only use it as an emergency phone. Works as needed. Carrier Sprint is ok. The coverage is good for my purpose. Out side of that basic is all I need. If you need access to internet or other applications, I don't recommend.
