Returns are also not accepted on ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS. Restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from payment on items purchased incorrectly. Please Contact DRS Cycle Works before returning parts in order to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Items returned without an RGA will be refused. Manufacturer warranty does not cover shipping and only covers replacement parts. No refunds.

However due to the many different applications, our retail sales, and product variations, it may be necessary to order your specific item from our supplier. In result, this can cause additional shipping time before we are able to send the product to you. This time can range from 3 to 6 days.
Please note if you are planning to pick up items at our retail location you must bring a copy of the auction to us in order for us to honor the eBay price.
