Past Generation Toys wants to do its part to ensure that we offer buyers safe online payment choices. eBay does not allow us to offer offline payment methods as they may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments. 



We accept the following forms of payment. 


PayPal (you will pay on pages securely hosted by PayPal) 
Merchant credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover Network), debit cards, and bank electronic payments for purchases via Paypal.

Shipping

Free Shipping on ALL listings when shipped within the lower 48 US States.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (1 day) of a cleared payment. Orders that are paid by eCheck through PayPal will be shipped once the check has cleared, which normally takes 5-7 days once it has been received. If you have any problems with the order process or shipping process, please email or call us!



Domestic Orders - Orders that fall under Free Shipping may be sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS.



APO/FPO Military Addresses  - We are able to send orders to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS. Normally, it will take 7-21 days for the order to arrive at the domestic port. Arrival to the final destination will take longer.



International Orders - For orders we fulfill in-house we ship international orders via USPS.



Taxes and duties on international orders are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Terms

For shipments to Virginia addresses, we are required by State law to collect 5% Sales Tax.

We do combine shipping for International orders.

Returns

Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.



Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; a return shipping label will be provided if the return is a result of our error.



All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
