We are a reseller, so we cannot control how your order has been designed, manufactured, quality controlled or whether it is user friendly or not. Should you need to return an item under the return policy outlined below, please drop us an email within 7 days of receipt explaining the problem and include the following information: 1. When you are approved for an RMA, we'll send you an RMA number and detailed return shipping instructions. When we have received the item and verified the contents, we'll ship you a replacement item at no cost or issue refund, as outlined here, if replacement item is not available.
Defective Items - If the item has any known defects, it will be listed here. So there will be no return due to described defects listed. Due to nature of selling brand new, refurbished merchandise that has already been guaranteed by the manufacturers, we can not test every single item shipped. If a defective merchandise slips by and if it still has manufacturers warranty, we will first ask you contact the manufacturer for technical support & warranty service or exchange. Remember 99% of initially diagnosed "Potentially Defective Products" turn out to be configuration or compatibility issues and are not "Defective Products". So contacting warranty provider first would save you money for returning an item and time for replacement item. In the event if your satisfaction is not addressed by the manufacturer or warranty provider or should you decide to request a replacement item, then all return rules listed here apply, with the exception of the 15% restocking fee and we will ship out a replacement item once the defective item is received and processed by our returns team. If a refund is requested in lieu of a replacement, then the restocking fee reapplies.
Non-Defective Items - Our return policy is limited to defective merchandise only. In the event if you return or want to return a non-defective merchandise, These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.
All defective and non-defective returns must be sent freight pre-paid with tracking number. All items must be returned in original manufacturer package with all accessories included. We are not able to accept any in-complete return. The serial number of returned products must match the one on file. A 15% or higher restocking fee may be applied to returned products. Shipping & handling fee is not refundable.
Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. We will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier.
Note that inbound and outbound shipping charges are not refundable or reimbursable under any circumstances. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage to products being shipped for return.
Also note that we can not take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it!
Failure to receive return within 7 calendar days from purchase date will be considered as a permanent acceptance of the product. Return is not allowed for any reason after this point.
