How much will shipping cost? - For expedited shipping and orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping amount is calculated for your destination. You may select a shipping option below to determine the price for shipping prior to checking out.
When will my order ship? - Due to the variety of products sold by SeattleLuxe, shipping times may vary from item to item. For in-stock merchandise, we usually ship within two business days. At times our fulfillment center can require three to five business days to get your shipment “out the door.” Finally, custom-made items often require up to three weeks and sometimes more, before they’re shipped. Please see the product description for any additional information regarding the possibility of additional processing time.
How will my order ship? - Standard Shipping and orders with Free Shipping will primarily ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Expedited 2nd Day Air shipping and 3-Day shipping is also available. For overnight shipping please contact customer service to check availability for your order and to receive a shipping cost estimate. Please remember when considering your shipping option, that selecting an expedited shipping option does not change the time required for your order to leave the warehouse. For example: An item purchased on Wednesday with 2nd Day Air requested, does not mean it will necessarily arrive on Friday - 2 days – because time to leave the warehouse must be considered. Order arrival is calculated by processing time + transit time (ground, 2 day, 3 day, etc.).
How long will my order take in transit? - We wish we had a more definitive answer for transit times, but it depends greatly upon where your order is shipping to and the location your order is shipping from. We currently have fulfillment centers throughout the United States and will always do our best to ship your order from our nearest fulfillment center. In general the transit time for standard ground shipping can take as little as 1 business day, and as many as 6 business days depending on location. (Transit time is the time required for your package to arrive *after* it is shipped).
Sales Tax - Local and state sales tax will apply to all orders shipped to a California or Washington State address.
A full refund of merchandise price will be given for authorized returns, shipped back in new condition within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Returns received and/or requested after 30 days but within 45 days, may be returned for "store credit".
All returns must be authorized and issued an RMA number prior to return. Please contact customer service for RMA information. Return shipping must be paid by seller. Items purchased with "Free Shipping" are subject to the initial cost of shipping (our cost to ship the item) being deducted from refund amount.
