summer. This is Killington's only full-service mountainside hotel, which

Killington Townhouses are 16 beautifully appointed condominiums located
in Killington, Vermont available for daily or weekly rentals. The
Killington Townhouses are 8 one-bedroom condominiums, sleeping up to 4
people; 4 one- bedroom plus loft condominiums, sleeping up to 6 people;
and 4 four-bedroom condominiums, sleeping up to 10 people. Complimentary
firewood is available during the winter. A recreation area includes a

Destination Highlights Killington
is home to two ski resorts, including Killington and Pico. There’s
Green Mountain National Golf Course voted "Vermont's #1 Public Golf
Course" by Golf Digest. Besides skiing, there’s amazing hiking on the
Long Trail and the Appalachian Trail. The Long Trail is a 270 mile
footpath that runs from the Massachusetts border to the Canadian border
for the day hiker, overnighter, and serious backpacker. The Appalachian
Trail is a beautiful 2,175 mile national trail running Georgia to Maine.
Killington has some of the most scenic areas of this trail including
Thundering Falls.

are a licensed, bonded, and insured Closing Company. Funds will be held in escrow
until ownership has been transferred, ensuring the buyer 100% protection of ownership
and funds.
Closing:
We guarantee clear title to every
ownership we sell. We strive to provide 100% accurate descriptions of the property. If
there is an error in the listing or any encumbrance on the title, the buyer can
return the property for a complete refund.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final
documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can
delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when
available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts
and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time
longer. Please email
