We have 2 different shipping methods;

One is standard shipping which is a little cheaper but no tracking No and
takes about 10-35 days depending on the country.
If you need a faster and safer method with tracking No, it is available
with additional cost.  If you want it, pleas email us.

The other is Expedited shipping with tracking No.(EMS or international parcels)
by the post office which takes about 5-15 days depending on the country.

For the delivery by standard shipping to Brasil, Italy, Russia, Spain, Belarus, Brunei, Puerto Rico,Chile and any other island countries,
additional cost needs to be paid for a safe delivery.
Otherwise, it takes about 20-45 days depending on the country.

Depending on the country, we can not ship out by EMS or international parcels
due to the size over which is different by each country.
In this case, we use EMS premium which is much more expensive than EMS.
If you want to use it, you need to pay the additional shipping cost.

Communication time:
Normally we reply buyer's email within 1-2 working days.
Sorry, on Saturday, Sunday and our national holiday, we do not work.

Delivery time:
Normally we ship it out within 1-3 working days after ordered.
Otherwise, we will email you the order status.
Or if we need to know more details for your car to send the item fitted to your car,
we will email you too and please check your email after ordered.
