It is worth buying and the price is quite reasonable.
Not a bad workout DVD, just the typical type that is suitable for pregnancy woman.Some of the aerobics steps especially the warm up is quite easy to follow but one of the workout movement is a bit too fast and hard to follow but it does make you sweat out at the end of the session. Kathy Smith workout instruction on the exercise is straight to the point and easy to understand.The movement is review by doctors but if it is too strenuous for some pregnancy woman with health issues, it is advisable to not to practice any of these exercise before you get your doctor's approval.Not a bad workout DVD, just the typical type that is suitable for pregnancy woman.Some of the aerobics steps especially the warm up is quite easy to follow but one of the workout movement is a bit too fast and hard to follow but it does make you sweat out at the end of the session. Classis Kathy Smith-Pregnancy Workout (2006, DVD)
I love this workout. It is not to hard or to easy. I felt good all the way though the workout and I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Kathy Smith gives you enough time to change positions and lets you know what is coming next. A great thing when your belly is huge. Lots of pre-natal tapes change positions to fast for you to keep up.

gentle nice work out
I used this while I carried my third son and I loved it I used it once a week, until I was in my eight month (then I couldnt even see my feet).I OK'd it with my doctor first wich is a must! I think it kept me from gaining as much weight as I did the first two times! goodluck!

I love this workout!
I love this workout - I started it when I was pregnant and my daughter is now 15. I STILL use this workout because it was so do-able. Maybe I'm just un-coordinated but I often have trouble learning work out routines. I get lost and frustrated - Even I could get this one. And there's enough changes that I don't get bored.
