knew what they were before you bought the product. If you do not like it,

costs are among the lowest available and to give a low rating is downright
insulting. I order the products, stock the products, inventory the products, list
the items, purchase the shipping materials (mailers, tape, etc.), ship the
items with delivery confirmation on a printed label (to lower the likelihood of
mistakes), and transport the items to the post office. 2) Elaborating on the
above, if you feel compelled to leave a low seller rating for shipping cost
even after you are fully aware of the cost and everything involved, consider
the price you are getting the item for. Some of my items go for up to 75-80%
off retail and I STILL GET COMPLAINTS about pricing. 3) I have also been given
low seller ratings for shipping time. I ship Monday through Friday and in the
great majority of cases the item leaves the same day as payment is received. If
your payment is received roughly after 4:00 P.M. Central time, your item will
leave the next day (unless it is on the weekend). If you order an item on
Friday at 4:30 Central time, your item will leave the following Monday. The
reason for this is the post office does not transport on weekends in my area.
So please, do not leave a low seller rating for something that is clearly
beyond my control. Once the item leaves my location, it is out of my hands. If
I ship the item same day, but it takes 5-6 days to get the item; it WAS NOT MY
FAULT. It is First Class Mail, which is cheap for a reason. 4) Addressing “item
as described” and “communication” ratings; all of my information comes straight
from the respective companies’ website/catalog. So, if I am wrong, then they
are wrong, which is very doubtful. If you have a question that is not
elaborated on in the listing, feel free to message me and I will gladly answer
your question in a timely manner. Communication is not even a relevant rating
90+% of the time (since none is necessary a lot of the time), and I always make
it a point to answer messages 7 days a week. If you send a message to my
e-mail, I will NOT RECEIVE IT. I only communicate through eBay messaging. The
reason for this is simple, my e-mail probably gets over 500 new messages a day
and I cannot clearly discern important from unimportant. So for the sake of
