You are bidding on an authentic Kazuo Kawasaki eyeglasses frame, model MP 705, made of Titanium with ruby resine temple, color #57, rimless, MADE IN JAPAN.
What differentiates Kazuo Kawasaki glasses from the others in the market, is not only its slick and classy design, but also the materials, the innovative design and the high quality.
The metal parts of this glasses are made of titanium, which is extremely light, super resistant, non corrosive, nickel-free and non-allergenic. The temples are made of a special non-allergenic resine with the endings in black silicone type material. Kazuo Kawasaki glasses are designed with almost no screws (or even no screws at all), which can get lose over time and either let the glasses fall off your face, or create discomfort. Most of the time they have powerful high tech clips, instead.
These are one of the best brands in the market. Some personalities who adopted Kazuo Kawasaki's glasses are: former Secretary of State Colin Powell, actress Woopi Goldberg and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. This model is not the same as the one used by Sarah Palin: she uses the 704, color #34.
The manufacturer produces a very limited number of each model, what keeps its exclusivity and market value: these glasses are known to be quite expensive.
Kazuo Kawasaki is a 59 years old industrial designer, engineering professor at Osaka University in Japan. He is not any ordinary designer, but a well-known, worldwide recognized and award winning designer, with permanent pieces in the Smithsonian Museum, as well as the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
